Fail To Comply-Recognizance
(Bradford, ON) On Tuesday, August 1, 2017, South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to a Bradford pharmacy. The staff told dispatchers that a suspect who had been given bail conditions to avoid the business had come into the store.
Officers learned the man had been charged with Mischief relating to an incident at the pharmacy and had been ordered by a Judge to stay away. Officers located the 32 year old Bradford man nearby. He was arrested and charged with Fail To Comply Recognizance and Breach Probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
(Bradford, ON) On Tuesday, August 1, 2017, around 4:15 p.m., South Simcoe Police Services officers responded to a Bond Head residence for a Domestic incident.
Officers met with a woman who told them that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend on two occasions.
A 42 year old man was charged with two counts of Domestic Assault. He was released from custody on conditions to stay away from the victim. He will appear in court in September. The victim did not require medical attention.
(Bradford, ON) On Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., a woman came into the South Simcoe Police Service South Division in Bradford and reported a domestic assault. She told investigators that she had been assaulted by her common law husband in June and July.
A 59 year old Bradford man was arrested at his home and charged with two counts of Domestic Assault. He was released on conditions to avoid the victim. He will appear in court in September.
(Bradford, ON) On Wednesday, August 2, 2017, around 2:15 a.m., a South Simcoe Police Service constable investigated two men for a liquor offence on Holland Street West. As he was doing so, he was approached by a witness who gave him information that one of the men was armed and had been involved in a dispute moments before the officer arrived.
Through investigation, a 46 year old Brampton man was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and 3 counts of Breach Probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
